The Story

The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation recognized the need for the retail industry to garner a full understanding of the method to establish, maintain and develop a successful retail establishment. Structural information and guidelines were required, along with advice from seasoned professionals, on how to deal with an economic downturn, industry off seasons and 

other challenges that may arise within your own business.

 

 

GINO GROUP ACTION

It was decided that we develop a Retail Development Program which outlined a curriculum of topics that were associated with the management of every form of a retail establishment.
